The first meeting of all participants face to face; introduction of each partners; the project presentation face to face, discussions. Establishment / approvement of roles of project partners, responsibilities, tasks, involved the project representatives, other details of the project. Additionally, there was arrangement related with quality standards, control of time table and discussions related to the project risk management and solutions. Approval of detailed project plan, time table, outcomes and budget was discussed and approved. The results of 1st meeting are specific deliverables (prototypes of the project outputs) for each partners reach to the next phase of the project
